1. Acceptance of terms

By using AirRJ.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website. “User” means anyone who browses the site or submits an enquiry/booking request. You must comply with applicable laws while using the Services.

AirRJ may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Agreement. Please review this page periodically.

2. Privacy

Use of AirRJ.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

3. Description of services

AirRJ (FAREHAWKER FLIGHT SERVICES LLP) provides tools and support to search flights, request fares, and coordinate group travel enquiries (typically for 10+ passengers) with airlines and suppliers. Depending on the product:

• Some bookings may be completed on AirRJ or through payment partners.
• Some searches or inventory may redirect you to airline or supplier systems to finish a reservation.
• Group Desk quotes are subject to airline inventory, fare validity, deposits, name deadlines and ticketing rules.

4. User responsibilities

• Provide accurate passenger and contact details for bookings and group files.
• Do not misuse the site (fraud, scraping, automated abuse, or interference with security).
• Do not deep-link, frame, or scrape AirRJ content without written permission.
• Keep login credentials confidential if you create an account.

5. Payments, cancellations & airline rules

Payment, refund, change and cancellation terms depend on the airline fare rules and any written group quote. Service or convenience fees (if any) will be shown before you pay. Taxes and airline-imposed charges may apply. Deposits on airline group files are frequently non-refundable once inventory is held—read your quote before paying. Schedule changes, delays and cancellations by airlines are outside AirRJ’s operational control. We assist with rebooking or refund eligibility according to airline policy and applicable regulations, but AirRJ does not guarantee that every disruption will result in a full refund or identical seats.

6. Group Desk enquiries

Submitting a group enquiry does not by itself create a confirmed reservation. Confirmation occurs only after airline acceptance, payment of required deposits/balances, and ticketing as described in your written quote. Organisers are responsible for collecting accurate passenger names as per travel documents and meeting airline name deadlines.

7. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, text, graphics and software (“Materials”) are owned by or licensed to AirRJ. You may view and print Materials for personal, non-commercial reference if you keep copyright notices. AirRJ may revoke that permission at any time. You may not copy AirRJ content for competing commercial use without written consent.

8. Hyperlinks

You may link to the AirRJ homepage in a fair, non-misleading way. You may not frame AirRJ pages or use AirRJ marks without prior written consent. AirRJ may revoke linking permission at any time.

9. Third-party sites

If you leave AirRJ for an airline or supplier website, their terms and privacy policy apply. AirRJ is not responsible for third-party site content or practices. Always verify you are on an official airline domain before entering card details.

10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AirRJ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from site use, schedule changes, airline disruptions, or reliance on published fares that later change. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
