Group Booking Terms & Conditions

Planning travel for a large group? Read AirRJ’s group booking terms & conditions to understand fares, payments, ticketing, cancellations, and responsibilities. These policies apply to all group reservations made through AirRJ. Please review carefully before confirming your booking.

What is a Group Booking?

A group booking is a reservation for 10 or more passengers travelling together on the same flight and date. Group fares and rules differ from standard individual fares — they may offer discounts but are often subject to special conditions by the airline.

Quotation & Fare Validity

Group fare quotations are subject to airline availability and are valid only for the period specified in the quote. Fares shown in the quotation may change before ticketing due to airline rules, currency fluctuations, or changes in taxes and surcharges.

Payment Terms

💳 Deposit — A non-refundable deposit (as stated in the quote) is required to hold the group space.
⏳ Balance — Full payment must be received by the ticketing deadline provided in the quotation.
⚠️ Late Payment — Failure to pay by the deadline may result in cancellation and loss of hold.
🧾 Payment Methods — We accept credit/debit cards, net banking, and UPI via AirRJ’s secure gateway.

Name Submission & Ticketing

Passenger names must be submitted in the exact format as per passport or government ID. Tickets will be issued only after full payment and receipt of accurate passenger details. Name changes after ticket issuance may attract airline fees or may not be permitted.

Amendments & Cancellations

Group bookings follow airline-specific amendment and cancellation rules. Cancellation penalties vary by airline and depend on the timing of cancellation relative to the scheduled departure. Partial refunds or individual cancellations are often restricted on group fares.

Seat Allocation & Special Requests

Seat assignments, special meals, and extra baggage requests are subject to airline confirmation and availability. AirRJ will forward requests to the airline, but cannot guarantee allocation prior to check-in.

Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) are processed as per the airline’s policy. Refund timelines vary; typically refunds are processed within 10–30 business days depending on the airline and payment method. Service fees and convenience charges may not be refundable.

Traveler Responsibilities

🛂 Ensure all travelers carry valid ID, passport and visa (for international travel).
📅 Arrive at the airport with sufficient time for group check-in and security procedures.
✅ Confirm special requirements (wheelchair, infant seats) at booking stage to allow time for airline approval.

Liability & Disclaimer

AirRJ acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline. We are not responsible for airline-caused delays, schedule changes or cancellations. Any compensation claims or alternate arrangements must be taken up directly with the operating airline.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from group bookings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
