1. Data controller & scope

AirRJ (FAREHAWKER FLIGHT SERVICES LLP) is the data controller for personal information you provide via our website, forms, email or phone. This policy applies to individual travellers and organisers booking for groups or corporate travel.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use AirRJ, we may collect:

• Personal details: name, email, phone, address, date of birth, and passport/ID details when required for ticketing.
• Booking information: itinerary, PNR/ticket numbers, passenger names, travel dates and preferences.
• Payment data: billing details processed by secure payment partners (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device type, cookies and similar technologies.
• Group & corporate data: organisation name, passenger count, sector details and special requests (seating, baggage, GST).

3. How we use your information

• Process bookings, group quotes, e-tickets and travel notifications.
• Manage deposits, payments, refunds, name lists and cancellations.
• Provide customer and Group Desk support.
• Send service messages; send marketing only if you opt in.
• Meet aviation, immigration, tax and other legal obligations.
• Improve website performance, security and analytics.

For group organisers, we may also use contact details to share deposit reminders, name-deadline alerts and ticketing status. Service messages about your booking or group file are not the same as promotional marketing. You can opt out of marketing emails without affecting essential travel communications.

4. Legal basis for processing

• Consent (for example, optional marketing).
• Performance of a contract (your booking or group quote request).
• Legal compliance (travel and aviation rules).
• Legitimate interests such as fraud prevention, service improvement and security—balanced against your rights.

5. Sharing & disclosure

We may share information with:

• Airlines and travel suppliers needed to fulfil your itinerary or group file.
• Payment processors and banks.
• Government or regulatory authorities when required for travel, immigration or safety.
• IT, hosting, analytics or support partners under confidentiality obligations.
• A successor entity if AirRJ is involved in a merger or acquisition, subject to continued privacy protections.

We do not sell your personal data.

Passenger name lists for airline group files are shared only as needed to hold inventory, ticket seats and meet airline security requirements. Organisers should collect only the passenger data the airline needs (typically full name as per ID, date of birth, contact and passport details for international travel).

6. Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar tools for essential site functions, preference memory, analytics and (where enabled) marketing measurement. You can control cookies in your browser; blocking some cookies may limit features such as remembering search preferences.

7. Payments & financial data

Card and UPI payments are processed by encrypted payment gateways. AirRJ does not store full card numbers, CVV or net-banking passwords on its servers. We may retain transaction references, amounts, booking IDs and limited billing details needed for invoices, refunds, dispute handling and accounting. 8. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for bookings, group files, legal/accounting requirements or dispute resolution. Ticket and invoice records may be retained longer to meet tax and aviation documentation needs. When no longer required, we delete or anonymise data where practical.

9. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures—including encryption in transit, access controls and vendor safeguards— to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No online system is 100% risk-free. Never share OTP, CVV or passwords with anyone claiming to be AirRJ support over phone or WhatsApp.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction or objection to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity first. Some deletion requests cannot be completed while a live ticket, refund or legal retention obligation remains open.

11. Children

AirRJ services are not directed at children under 18 without parental/guardian involvement. We do not knowingly collect children’s data without appropriate consent for travel bookings. Infant and child passenger details are collected only as required to issue tickets under an adult/organiser booking.

12. International transfers

Because air travel is cross-border, data may be shared with airlines and partners outside India. We take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards for such transfers consistent with the nature of airline ticketing.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of AirRJ after updates means you acknowledge the revised policy. Material changes may also be highlighted on the website.
