Who we are
A booking desk, not just a booking engine
Booking one ticket online is easy. Booking forty for a company offsite is not. Public fares change every time you refresh the page, the cheapest seats run out after the first ten, and nobody tells you when the names are due.
That is the gap AirRJ fills. Organisers send us the trip and we go to the airlines for a group fare: one price for the whole party, seats held against a deposit, and time to collect the names. You get it all in writing before you pay anything.
We still book regular tickets too. If you are flying alone or with family, you can search flights on the same site, and if your group grows past ten, the same desk takes over.
How we work
From first message to tickets
Every group follows the same four steps. Most of the waiting is on the airline's side, and we keep you posted while it happens.

You tell us the trip
Route, rough dates and how many people. A date window is fine, and so is a head-count that may still change.

We ask the airlines
We check every carrier that flies the route and put the group fares side by side, with baggage and change rules written out.

Seats are held
You pick an option and pay the deposit the airline asks for. The seats are blocked for your group while you collect names.

Step 4
Names, balance, tickets
Send the name list before the airline's deadline, clear the balance and we issue the tickets. Same person, start to finish.

If it matters, it's in writing
Fare validity, deposit, name deadline and cancellation terms go into the quote. You should never find out about a cut-off after you have collected money from your guests.

The executive who sends your quote is the one who chases the airline, takes the name list and sends the tickets. No call-centre queue and no explaining the whole trip again.

Inside India we move a lot of groups on the busy metro routes and to Goa. Abroad, the most common requests are Dubai, Doha, Singapore, Bangkok and London, where baggage rules and connection times matter as much as the fare. Every quote is for your dates and your airline, so a website price is only a starting point.

Your money and your data
- Card and UPI payments go through encrypted payment gateways. We never store full card numbers.
- Pay only through links or bank details sent from an official AirRJ email, and keep the reference number.
- Companies get GST invoices. Send your GSTIN and billing name with the booking.

How many people do I need for a group fare?
Most airlines start group fares at 10 passengers on the same flights and dates. A few domestic routes accept slightly smaller groups. We confirm the exact rule for your route in the quote.
How quickly will I get a quote?
Simple domestic or Gulf routes are usually quoted within 4 to 24 hours. Peak dates, multi-city trips and very large groups can take longer because we wait for the airline to reply.
Which airlines can you quote?
Any airline that flies your route and offers group fares. That usually includes IndiGo, Air India, SpiceJet, Akasa Air, Emirates, Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines, Lufthansa and others.
How do I pay safely?
Only pay through the payment link or bank details sent from an official AirRJ email, and keep the reference number. You can check our payment options page or call the desk if anything looks unusual.
Travelling with 10 or more people?
Send us the route, rough dates and head-count. A Group Desk executive will come back with airline options, the fare validity and the date by which names are needed — usually the same working day.
