Why book as a group
Why not just buy 30 tickets online?
You can, but it rarely goes well. The first few seats sell at one price, the next few at a higher one, and by the twentieth ticket the fare has jumped. You also need every name on the day you book.
An airline group booking works differently. When 10 or more people fly on the same flights, the airline can give you a single group fare, hold the seats, and let you send the names later. AirRJ handles that conversation with the airline for you, and puts every rule in writing before you pay.

Five things to check in any quote
- Fare validity
Group quotes can expire quickly in peak season. Check the exact expiry date and time.
- Name deadline
Wedding and school lists change often. Know the last date and the name format.
- Payment schedule
Deposit amount, balance due date and GST invoice details.

Ask for the charge per passenger before you accept.

It is how airlines sell seats to 10 or more people flying together on the same flights. Instead of each person buying a ticket at the public price, the airline offers one group fare, holds the seats for a while, and gives you dates for the deposit, the names and the final payment.
How many people do I need?
Most airlines start group fares at 10 passengers on the same route and dates. A few domestic routes accept 8 or 9. We confirm the exact rule for your airline in the quote.
How do I ask for a quote?

Can I send the passenger names later?
Usually, yes. The airline holds the seats and gives you a name deadline, often 30 to 45 days before travel. We tell you the exact date in writing before you pay anything.
How does payment work?
Most group bookings start with a deposit, and the balance is due before the tickets are issued. The amounts and dates depend on the airline, and they are written in your quote. Companies get GST invoices.
Do you do international groups too?
Yes. Along with routes inside India, we book groups to the Gulf, Southeast Asia, Europe and further, including multi-city trips.
Is the cheapest group fare always the best one?
Not always. Look at how long the fare is valid, the name deadline, the payment dates, the change and cancellation charges and the baggage. For a wedding or a school trip, flexible names can matter more than a small saving.
Why does a quote sometimes take longer than a day?
In peak season (summer holidays, Diwali, Christmas and New Year), for very large groups or for multi-city trips, we have to wait for the airline to reply. We keep you posted while we wait.
