Singapore group trips from India: what to sort out early

Direct flights from most metros, a visa that has to be applied for through an authorised agent, and an arrival card to fill online.

By the AirRJ Group Desk · Updated 4 Nov 2026

Singapore is popular with family groups, school trips and corporate incentive tours. It is easy to get around and very safe, so groups of every age do well there.

Flights

Direct flights to Singapore Changi (SIN) run from Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad and several other Indian cities.

Visa

Indian passport holders generally need a Singapore visa, applied for through an authorised visa agent. Allow enough time, especially for large groups where every application has to be complete.

Arrival card

Singapore requires an electronic arrival card (SG Arrival Card) to be submitted online before arrival. Remind every member of the group, or have the coordinator do it for them.

Quick answers

Do Indians need a visa for Singapore?

Generally yes, applied for through an authorised agent before travel.

Airline group rules differ by carrier, route and season, and they change. Treat this guide as a planning aid — the fare rules written on your AirRJ quote are what apply to your booking.

Travelling with 10 or more people?

Send us the route, rough dates and head-count. A Group Desk executive will come back with airline options, the fare validity and the date by which names are needed — usually the same working day.
